Job
Responsibilities:
Individual will handle all aspects of customer service
Sales order processing
Prepare order specifications
Prepare order approvals
Position requires a highly organized individual who has the ability to multi-task and follow complex transactions
Knowledge of commercial printing, graphics or specialty packaging a real plus
Promotes a positive attitude and a team player
Job Requirements
Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Detail orientated and organized
2-5 Years related experience
Direct customer contact
Liaison between customer, sales and production
Strong computer skills
