We are a team-oriented group searching for a candidate who demonstrates a professional attitude in both demeanor and appearance, a team player who is skilled in problem-solving, and able to utilize feedback to improve performance.
Use of technology is a requirement of this position, but the candidate should also have attention to detail and great interpersonal skills as they may interact directly with our clientele.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Financial Advisor(s) and Office Manager.
The Administrative Assistant is involved in data gathering, preparation of paperwork, review preparation, insurance illustrations, research, reporting, and database management.
This role may assist with new account set-up, portfolio administration, and existing account maintenance.
Working hours are 8:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Occasional evening hours per specialized projects.
This is not a remote position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
