Family Medicine Opportunity
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care Team located in Sparta, Michigan.
Practice Features:
- Outpatient department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids
- Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population including diagnoses, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Must be proficient in Spanish to better serve the patient population at Sparta.
- Physician will see a complex patient panel consisting of mostly chronic care management.
- Office currently has 1 physician and 2 APPs
- Office offers flexibility and work/life balance
- Physicians rotate call within the medical group
- Opportunity to teach Residents, medical students, and Fellows
Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- ACLS & BLS certified

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
