Family Medicine Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care Team located in Sparta, Michigan.


Practice Features:


  • Outpatient department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids
  • Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population including diagnoses, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  • Must be proficient in Spanish to better serve the patient population at Sparta.
  • Physician will see a complex patient panel consisting of mostly chronic care management.
  • Office currently has 1 physician and 2 APPs
  • Office offers flexibility and work/life balance
  • Physicians rotate call within the medical group
  • Opportunity to teach Residents, medical students, and Fellows

Qualifications:


  • Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
  • State of Michigan license required at time of employment
  • DEA license
  • ACLS & BLS certified

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
