HVAC knowledge Demonstrated leadership skills Background in plumbing, electrical, and drywall Appliance repair skills Experienced with apartment turns Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors Knowledge of residential repairs Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more Organizational skills Available for emergency on-call rotationProperty maintenance experience requiredPrior Maintenance Supervisor experience preferredWhat we offer:
